What is Wargaming?

"Wargaming is the art of collectively solving complex problems."

Whether you need a new strategy to take on an uncertain future, new ideas for game-changing innovations or must overcome silos in your company to force an interdisciplinary team, Wargaming is the answer. It works as follows:

1. Model a complex problem:

Identify trends, forces and constants and their relationships in the problem-space you wish to explore. Combine them into a coherent system and verify insights until you have a robust abstraction of reality.

2. Make the model interactive:

take the empirical model you developed and introduce game mechanics. This allows your experts to interact with and explore the system while raising the level of communication for all participants.

3. Play:

Get Subject-Matter-Experts to develop solutions to the problem by playing the game. Learn by analyzing their moves, strategies and conversations.
